If Your Batteries Are Fully Drained You May Need To Condition Them With BSS2 Or MBSS Which Is External Battery Chargers Stations).AC Power Adapter Can Be Configured For 110V - 240V (220V). The Adapter Won't Charge Li-Ion Batteries.
