RETURN POLICY - RMA

If you know your order ID # and the name/email you can use our RMA online system, RMA online form

(a). Credit will only be issued for products that are returned within 30 days of invoice date in resalable condition and in the original, as well as undamaged, packaging. No credit will be issued for products returned after 30 days from the date of invoice.

(b). Returns must be carefully packed and shipped on buyer expense . Shipping charges will be reimbursed if the return was due to an error on the part of ElecoTek INC. When returning products, you must include a copy of the RMA # nor original invoice or packing slip to ensure prompt issuing of credit.

(c). The following products may not be returned for credit or exchanged: (i) products held longer than 30 days from invoice date; (ii) products that are etched or engraved by you; (iii) products damaged or defaced by you; (iiii) products not complete as shipped; and (iv) products used after delivery to you.

(d) If any product becomes damaged and is not immediately returned for repair, ElecoTek INC assumes no responsibility or liability for continued use of that damaged product.

(e) ElecoTek INC does not guarantee the performance of, and may decline to repair or accept for exchange, any product that has been repaired, modified and/or altered by any person or entity other than ElecoTek INC or an authorized repair facility of ElecoTek INC

(f) Please Refund usally takes about 3 days after the return arrived to our facility and being processed, we will refund in the same payment method you used.(if you paid via paypal we will refund you by paypal, if you paid by credit card you will receive the refund to the same credit card

(g) If the item/product were shipped as New Condition nor Sealed, it must be returned in same condition else 20% restock fee will be charged. please return the item in the same condition as you received for example: the item shipped in sealed naylon it has to be return in the same naylon sealed (same applied for boxes or any other packaging)
